adventures of 4th year

i'm offically a 4th year med student. which theoretically means i'll have a lot more free time. i started this blog with all intentions of documenting life as a 3rd year med student: the good times, the bad times, times of sadness, days where God reassures me that this the path he has planned for me, the 4:00 a.m. mornings at the hospital, and the process of picking and choosing a specialty. well, life didn't work out that way. i'm not very good at blogging, but i've had multiple friends ask me to start a blog. little did they know, i already had a blog that i just don't have time or energy to keep up with.

so, this will be attempt #2. i have a lot planned this year. i will go from being a med student to applying for residencies, interviewing, and making that big decision on where to go from here.

i am currently doing my sub-internship in pediatrics and God has definitely confirmed that this is the field for me. i absolutely love it. it's such a special place in medicine and i'm so thankful that i love it.
